Coaching provides me an opportunity to reaffirm my leadership style & take stock of critical deliverables as an effective leader. I think the biggest gain comes from your timely, targeted & effective feedback on specific leadership competency. This helps to give me positive reinforcement & create awareness on areas for improvement. 

Personally, I can feel that my confidence level improve, especially when I am dealing with unfamiliar ground or managing the unknown.  

Thanks for facilitating this excellent Commitment workshop. We have received many good feedback from the contractors and participants as well. The pace was right and more importantly, you managed to get all the critical safety messages through. I believe we have built a strong foundation and teamwork that we can leverage on moving forward.

I am thankful for this opportunity to be given formal coaching to make me more mindful of work habits that are potentially damaging in terms of credibility at work, and also simply be a more effective leader and team member in any setup.  I think it also helps that we get to personally know you, the coach.  Quite frankly, I was initially quite doubtful of the outcome of a coaching journey with a coach whom we do not know, and have to build up rapport from scratch.  Thank you for your patience and your coaching!
